Curtain

If I reveal it,
Seen by you is only a side facing you
Other sides remain unknown

If I say it,
Heard is only that reach you
Silent cry of my heart remains unheard

Is it not better to just let it be
Behind the curtain?

Curtain doesn’t curtail, it
Alleviates love, for
On its both sides is God,
In reasons as well in passion

Question is
‘Is HE in my heart?’

**
“Since you are a breath in God’s sphere
And a leaf in God’s forest,
You too should rest in reason and
Move in passion”
--Kahlil Gibran

Very nicely put, Harsod, I like the progression, ending with wanting God.
