Wide awaken or in sleep.
When followed as such,
Gets embedded within,
Inducing same in others.
Those who cannot accept it
Stay away.
Those who love it
Come closer,
Strengthening it further.

I, too, have found that those with similar "spirit" are drawn together, strengthening each other and giving one another energy. You express it well.
