A Birdie, inviting!

A child
Wanting to fly, experience thrill!
“Let go, come out of this routine boring life!”

Another scared!
“Oh no, fall can hurt badly
And others will laugh”

A parent restricting, cautious,
Another encouraging!

All within me!

And  all caution thrown away
I take off.

Come along!

I like this, Harshad. I have seen some of those babies who just went plop onto the grass or walk. But somehow they are evenually gone. Either they get stronger and fly or a cat or other animal gets them. I've never witnesses their leaving the ground. Of course the mothers are having a tizzy.

In the spring I have had on my other blog for the last two years a live camera, day and night as it was infared, a video of a nest of eagles hatching in Iowa, U.S. Eventually later in the spring the young one all leave the nest. First to fly around, then permanently.

Missed your OSI earlier, glad to see you posting.

Ah, the risks we must take to really live. Nice one.

I think we have to take off and fly and that is it. Too many reasons not to, too many people to tell us why not to....

I could just smile.

So very true in our culture Harshadji!! Parents restrict the flight of children and put their own fears into their off-springs!! Leave them alone and they'll take off!! :)
