What is it about?

What is it about?

He worked hard
and hard...
To
Reach there.

He reached the top
at last.

Now?

Is this all?
Still higher…..
And higher……??????
………….

Vacuum.....

Wonders
Is life about reaching somewhere?

A big question! Once the goal is secured, then there remains the question "What now?" Somehow the journey is the real trophy of life!

Yes a big question, a wise question, but it never ends until our last breathe

so well-said... sometimes, what began as a simple project of going up leads to the endless quest

One would like to think that you find peace at the top.

really enjoyed your post.... i can imagine an apex so sheer that one can only stand for a moment and gaze out at the world... is that not enough?? ... what good it is for a man to gain the world but lose his soul...

One of our singers, Peggy Lee, sang many years ago, "Is that all there is to love?"

Things we try so hard to reach are often a disappointment when we get to them.

I wonder, too. I'd like to think (most days) it's about being somewhere. But I dream....
